If they're here on a Romanian passport, do you think they'll put their nationality as Albanian on an official record?
How do you now that Romanians sell their passports to Albanians?
What does being in the EU have to do with it? UK isn't in the EU, it's a sovereign country, in charge of its own borders, with strict immigration controls. Romanians are subject to the same immigration rules as Albania.

You told us exactly where you got your information from, the results of the 2020 census, which will not be published until March 2022, and that will be only the bare outline of the results. The detail about the origins of migrants won't be available until March 2023.
So your claim to know anything from such processes as the 2020 census is pure bunkum.
