it's the law.

That's interesting. Can you provide a link to this law you think you have heard of?

You're not thinking of the 1951 Refugee Convention. Nor EU law. Nor the Dublin Regulations. So what are you thinking of?

Is it a law made by Paul Dacre?

Why would I need a new name every few weeks?
I'm not suggesting you would - clearly you have joined for the very first time ever in the middle of september and you are still finding your way around the forum and meeting all the members

Do post up some links to these so called "film reports".
Your opinion has always been based solely on your bigotry, and still you spout your bigotry and hatred time and time again.

This is one of many and they are not hard to find, although you will not see this kind of video on the "nothing to see, move on" mainstream media.

The 1971 Immigration Act of course.

Of course it doesn't, that's my whole point. The data does not exist, and your opinion is based on your bigotry alone and nothing else.

Very interesting, but your whole point avoids the point. The data should exist because the reality exists. Answer my (post 97) question Tony Blair.

refugees are not immigrants.

just for a laugh, tell us which paragraph of the 1971 Immigration Act you think mentions refugees.

@transam you can try, too.

Clause 24 on illegal entry is probably a good coverall but I'm sure there are numerous others, I really can't be bothered to look. John, you've lost this argument before you even started, as did himmy. If you genuinely believe that 'John's law' or 'himmy's law' takes precedence over UK law, crack on, make a tw@t of yourself(s).

doesn't say what you claim it does.

no, you can't.

John, Clause 24 para 1,.

24Illegal entry and similar offences.
(1)A person who is not [F1a British citizen] shall be guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction with a fine of not more than [F2[F3level 5]on the standard scale] or with imprisonment for not more than six months, or with both, in any of the following cases:—

(a)if contrary to this Act he knowingly enters the United Kingdom in breach of a deportation order or without leave;

Look at the last three words of that paragraph John.

tell me more about the rights of refugees, who are not mentioned in your favourite document.

What does section 31(1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 say?

It says exactly what I've been saying all night, and why have you changed the subject of 'asylum seekers' to 'refugees',

section 31(1) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 does not say what you think it does.

Why are you frightened of refugees being called refugees?

I'm not, why are you frightened of calling 'refugees' 'asylum seekers'? and what exactly do you think I think what the immigration and asylum act means, other than what it states?
