No President can arbitrarily declassify a top secret document. Besides, any documents he would wish to declassify, he cannot do retrospectively on a whim, especially those that are packaged as classified. There is a process that occurs with classified documents that has to happen before they are officially removed, in order to declassify them. Trump cant walk out of a building with such documents and decide they are declassified as he walks across a zebra crossing.

If it was all declassified then the documents would be clearly marked.

what you think they would have read all the documents there and then of course they too them away .
and who said it was declassified ? i said he had the power to do it while president not that he did
 
Trump is putting himself above the law. It seems these documents cropped up when this general area was examined during the other enquiry concerning the riot. Where are they? So the fbi have cause to investigate. It also seems that he is in breach of a particular law that he beefed up to try and get at Clinton.

Currently he is telling his supporters how wonderful his sides senators etc are. That is seen as essential to get them elected. Him - will he stand, have to wait and see. One view is that he may be seen as too toxic so up will pop Trump rhetoric from some one else.

I'm not sure what it says about a country and its people that they'd want this odious excuse for a human being as their president.
 
The President doesn’t have the ability to declassify documents as Trump claims. He claimed that he would declassify a document to take it to Florida then reclassify it when he took it back to the WH. He “took it home to read”

The whole classification system is massively complicated. Trump can’t wave a wand and change classification on a whim. It’s also absurd that he would take documents to read given his lack of interest in reading anything.

I knew this would happen. I'm not referring to Biden. Biden's another story. My point was specific to Trump ;)
