Said you dont actually own the number they are all still owned by dvla and if they want if you have spaced wrongly etc they can take them back

I walk my dog in Thorndon country park and he actually lives on an estate in there - I see that number plate quite often.

This morning I saw MR5 4NDY and KO 13ENN.

Couldn't be Nigel could it although I believe his son lives quite nearby.
