We just had our solar and battery install trip on the cu.
It was a 32a breaker. Having looked at the manual for our inverter it actually states this should be 100a breakrr and the cabling should 13mm². I can't seem to find this size wire when I look on uk sites. Is it non standard in the UK.
The cables that were used I assume were sized to the 32a breaker, its grey cable, its width longer than its height. How can I identify what gauge cable they've actually used?

There is no 13mm² cable. Nearest sizes are 10mm² and 16mm², both of which are grossly oversized for a 32A circuit.

Here's the inverter manual. We have a battery to charge also.

This is from inverter manual. We have the 7kw inverter, 8kw of pv and 10kwh battery

It's a fox ess k series 7kw inverter, like most it's chinese.

The manual is here: https://midsummerwholesale.co.uk/pdfs/en-k-manual-v1.4.pdf
appears that the 13mm size refers to the outer diameter of the round cable that can be used with the AC connection plug but has been jumbled up with other information. Page 17 onwards.

A 100A breaker will be of no use - plenty of homes have an incoming supply smaller than that.

its grey cable, its width longer than its height.
If that flat cable has been shoehorned into the inverter connection plug, it's the wrong type.
May not be secured properly.
Round cable is required.

Which model do you have?

Are you using the emergency power supply feature?

Chinese volts and amps might be different to European volts and amps too.
Mr Hill (Benny) claimed that a child was named at what we might refer to as the Christening Party, they`d eat the meal, wipe the cutlery then throw it high into the air and the sound it made when hitting the table/floor as it landed is what they called the child.

It's the k series 7kw, not using eps but we charge a battery overnight, ep11 bat.
