Under reporting is a problem across the board and not just in one community as shown in several paragraphs in your own link (Priti Patel home Office Report)

These are the latest 2023 and 2024 numbers, counted since a lot of changes have been made as to how data is recorded and gathered. Nowhere does it say that the figures are skewed or likely to be significantly altered. ALL data in all the reports say a large majority of CSA/CSE group based offences are comitted by white males.

The most common age of both victim and suspect was 14.

Hardly relevant to a discussion about these kind of offences:

Why are most of the offenders and victims aged 14?
Why do the vast majority of investigations result in no prosecution?
