Axel Rudakubana - living with parents or not?

He did not meet the definition of terrorism, as was stated.

The definition of terrorism was not altered to ensure that his crimes did not meet it.

Just because you want something to be a certain way, does not make it be a certain way.
It doesn't change my opinion. Whether that is right or wrong, it's my personal belief.

Edit: He did plead guilty to the charge of Possessing information, namely a PDF file entitled “Military Studies in the Jihad Against the Tyrants: The Al-Qaeda Training Manual” of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, contrary to Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.

I have got a Delia Smith cookbook, which is likely to be useful to a person preparing a nice Boeuf Bourguignon. But it doesn't mean I support Norwich City.

His skin colour has nothing to do with it in my mind. His religion is an unknown. It is the terrorist manual, the making of the ricin and the armoury of weapons which screams terrorism to me. Also, characteristics of the attack; not gang related nor a personal vendetta, as the victims were unknown to him.
None of that makes it terrorism related.

As for knife crime

A while back there was an incident on a train bloke got stabbed to death in front of his 10 year old son ( may not be the exact age ) by some phsyco fruit cake who got life (?)

I currently work with a young fella who knows and is good friends with that 10 year(?) old who witnessed his fathers murder

They are old school friends

What difference does it make weather he fits the criteria of a terrorist

The right wingers are obsessed with the notion that there has been a conspiracy where the government hid from the public that it was a "terrorist" attack. Apparently, if the government had said it was "terrorism", there wouldn't have been any riots. I know it sounds bonkers!

Well he caused terror and don’t care how he is designated

The bloke should be 6 foot under along with several
Other scum bags that are guilty of heinous acts

Smoking gun evidence ( bump em off )

Deterents ???

Retribution is what is required

Should be a referendum on the caper doubt it would get a yes vote ( unfortunately ) but there could be a big minority in favour ??

I don't buy the generic 'mental health problems' sweep away. Lots of people suffer with their mental health but they don't go out and do this. I said on a different thread about whether he had been diagnosed for psychopathy or not prior to his killing spree, I can see nothing about that in the available news at the moment though.
What he did was not rational. There are different kinds of mental as there physical health.

He will spend almost all of the rest of his life, at great public expense, being kept in a high security prison. Just bump him off, job done, money saved.
Sticking him away to rot in prison sends out a clear message.

Making a martyr of him, just allows brain washing of others to do the same.

I'm happy to pay taxes to keep him in prison. He won't enjoy it
