It doesn't change my opinion. Whether that is right or wrong, it's my personal belief.He did not meet the definition of terrorism, as was stated.
The definition of terrorism was not altered to ensure that his crimes did not meet it.
Just because you want something to be a certain way, does not make it be a certain way.
Edit: He did plead guilty to the charge of Possessing information, namely a PDF file entitled “Military Studies in the Jihad Against the Tyrants: The Al-Qaeda Training Manual” of a kind likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism, contrary to Section 58 of the Terrorism Act 2000.
