No I mean thick yellow cheese which I think is monterrey jack or similar wedged in-between two slices of sourdough or similar, buttered on both sides and fried

The neighbour asked for a tin opener so I gave it to them 3 days ago and they still haven't returned it back. I can knock and ask for it back but that'll make me look like a weirdo so I'll let it pass.

I now use a hammer and a screwdriver.
