How does it do that?
This agreement gives authority to WHO to consider a seasonal flue a "pandemic" and push the button to restart the circus we saw in 2020.
The pharmaceutical industry automatically makes gigantic profits alongside the rich who get contracts to deal with the "crisis"
Then a few years later the lies and wrongdoings are exposed and the ones who have accepted the con, refuse to even consider the facts.
