You can assume what you like. I have no control over your assumptions. And I'm not forcing you to do anything.
What I can do is to draw out the distinction between a war crime and an act of terror.
We've already established a war crime can also be an act of terror.
It would appear that the subtle difference is the intention, and hoped for result of the act.
A war crime is an act against the normal laws of war, such as targeting civilians, with the intention of furthering the political or military ambition.
Terror is committed with the intention of spreading fear among the people, with the intention of furthering the political or military ambition.
Which of the acts committed by Hamas, and those committed by Israel and IDF were intended to spread fear among the people.
One way of judging which criteria applies to which war crime, is to ask which party, committing the war crimes, have the capacity to spread fear among the people.
Does Hamas have (or had) the capacity to spread fear among the people?
Does Israel have the capacity to spread fear among the people?

I was close to submitting a similar report some time back. It’s time the forum owner took some legal advice. A moderator can be argued to be an agent of the owner and I would find that a problem, if I was him.

I haven’t seen you condemn the action of Israel, killing tens of thousands of innocent Palestinians…..but then you wouldn’t, you don’t like Muslims.
Given you are now supporting Islamophobic Reform, it’s no surprise you have sympathy for Muslims.

Doesn’t work like that. How can I provide evidence of something you haven’t shown? I say you haven’t because I haven’t seen any evidence of you saying it. You say you’ve already shown evidence so just show it again and prove me wrong. If you can’t or won’t, we'll know you are lying. Again.
