So being bombed in war is not as bad as being bombed in not-war? Less fatal or injurious is it? Hurts less? Damages your house less? If it takes the life or limbs of someone you love, it's less distressing is it?
And would "civilians" resisting an occupation which had succeeded militarily, i.e. the defending armed forces were destroyed or had surrendered, would they be fighting a war?
