Hangovers

OMG I had the worst hangover today, my heads been pounding...

Ive just started to feel normal, makes you appreciate how good feeling normal is

When I was younger I used to get up and go to work after a drink, no chance of that now...

Do any of you lot get hangovers?

Any good cures? (Don't drink I know)

As you get older you are less able to cope with alcohol and the effects on your body.
Yeah... In my 20s I was drinking 5 nights a week and could be paralytic on a Friday night, and still get that for work on a Saturday morning.
Things start to change around 30+ with hangovers becoming a problem.
40s you start to really change and prefer a chat around a pub table and getting home early limiting your total.
By 50 if you are still drinking regularly without much problem your an alcoholic imo. Probably on for an early death from what I've seen.
I popped out yesterday at 2.30pm until 5pm. I had 3 pints with only minor effects and I won't drink until December 12th works do.
I'll probably start alternating alcohol free then a alcoholic drink with a maximum of 3 of each. I'll be tired but fine next day just about.
My grandfather used to say two pints is enough for any man.
I think 3 is my maximum these days. It's definitely a young mans or women's game!

I used to like a big night out and be all good for work the next day. Things have changed! Hangxiety as I believe it’s called seems to be the result of too many drinks now

If I drink with my lads I’m sleep by 10pm.

Full fat coke 100% 2 ibuprofen for me

3 my comfortable amount and still a good night. However it will still slow me down next day.
