Sorry, but this is important.

Women are defined genetically.

What genetic characteristics are used to make the definition?

The genetic abnormality you talk about are just that, a genetic abnormality.
All living creatures can be born with genetic abnormalities, that doesn't make any difference to people born with XX or xy chromosomes.
The people born with abnormal genes have the same human rights as everybody else.
This doesn't mean that I can scientifically call myself a woman when I have xy chromosomes.

But does it mean that people can only be either male or female?

Culturally you can now call yourself anything, a horse if you like, and the nonsense brigade will play along with you and call you a hero.

Ridicule is not a helpful contribution to the debate.

Ignorance at its best!

So I'm ignorant for saying that not all women have "wide" hips, some are narrow and yet they can still give birth.

Himmy, you better get your pills and go for a nap.

You better stop this "Himmy" nonsense - all it does is call attention to your refusal to debate properly.

And that is all the anti-trans people have doe so far, persistently stated that a woman is a woman without defining the required characteristics to be a woman.

Be fair - they have also shown that they don't understand the difference between sex and gender.

99.98% of the population are born male of female, this does not suggest sex is anything other than mostly binary.

I haven't read all the other waffle in this thread but here's my take...

Male
Female
A very tiny minority who are genuinely physically somewhere between

However, there are a much bigger number who are absolutely Male or Female in every way but like dressing up, attention, or have issues. They can do whatever they like in the privacy of their own homes but shouldn't expect everyone else to play along with their games.

It may be instructive to recall that Doctor Upton and his supporters insist that he is a woman.

If asked
"Are you a doctor?
Are you a woman?
Are you a female Doctor?
Are you what the patient requested?"

What would he have said?

What would billy have said?

She's still a woman despite your denials of her gender.

What would morqthana have said?

"I don't know because I don't agree what a woman is?"

A woman who had requested a woman Doctor for religious reasons, or because of previous abuse, might have been horrified by such unethical behaviour.
