Private Number Plates

Invisible plate on this car

This bloke lives near me but I suspect he's been pulled by plod as with a bit of creativity, he used to have it looking like MR LlOYD.

Tried to figure this one out.

Knowing that people interchange letters for numbers, I figured it could be

W38 BLE: vehicle could not be found.

Wondering if the I character was added in, I tried

W3 BBE: comes back as a black Merc.

You'd have to really bugger about with the characters, but I even tried:

WB13 BLE and
W313 BLE: both also vehicle not found.

There was also another combo I did that I've forgotten and that came back as a BMW.

So my only conclusion is that the plate is a show plate...
