5 storage units in the house thats suppose to turn on at 10:30pm. when i checked the 5 units are wired to its own board with 100amps breaker.wired to a 250v breaker on the norweb side power coming into the breaker no power going out to the board. is problem with the suppliers side ? thanks you guys

Whatever you have done so far, it sounds very dangerous. Please stop before you kill yourself. You are not allowed to tamper with the DNO stuff.
Step 1. Do you have power coming into the storage heater fuse box/consumer unit? And explain how you have determined this.

I am in a (former) NORWEB area, off peak times are 22:30-00-30 and 02:30-07:30
thanks you guys found the problem! bs 5424 breaker the coil is gone and found out that this device belongs to the suppler. so i will let them fix it. but just want to find out way there was no power to this board. i opened this device removing the mains fuse first, so that everything was dead retested it was dead. in side this device bs5424 was a 3amp fuse which was fine. energized the board and depressed the coil to find the board became live release it the board went dead. hence the coil must be burnt out. thanks again

Usually only the cutout, meter and isolator (if fitted by supplier) belong to the supplier.

Why did you post on this forum? You haven't taken the blindest bit of notice of any of our posts. And we are really quite concerned for your safety (well, we were anyway).
1. You're not supposed to pull the supplier's fuse - this is quite illegal, and exposes parts fused at several hundred or thousand amps.
2. We still dont know what the hell you've babbling on about, with coils and 5424 breakers (and if this belonged to the supplier you shouldnt have opened this either).
3. By the way, you'll have some explaining to do when the DNO come and find you've broken loads of their seals. Good luck with that one.
Of course we could have told you all this if you'd taken any notice of our posts, which is what this forum is about. You asked, we answered, you ignored. Bye bye.
