Anyone have one and know what a PHASE FAULT is
I have had this combo of lights come up twice recently.

I asked a rep and he phoned his office , no one there new either.

I did not get a book with mine
The ones on that site show it as a live fault now
Whatever that is.
Maybe a reduced voltage or something

Well done

So it's nothing in the Live terminal

and

Using N and E terminals only

any combo of live in one
and neutral or earth in the other.

Dont think i will trust that again

If the fault indicated means that there is no live connected, and you get this fault all the time on ring circuits, then could the switch is off on your SP sockets??

I would have thought a socket connected like that would be rare and unlikely

If the live was in the earth it would have proberly shorted on the back box
and the live was Not in the N connection so think it was the tester maybe.
Twice in 3 years it has done it
