Yes thats what I said ..... its a roundabout you give way to traffic from the left - if they are not on the roundabout then you don't give way to them.

OK third attempt .... it's a roundabout and the normal rules of roundabouts apply .... if a vehicle is on it you give way, if it's not on it you don't.

I hate mini RAs. Theres a stupid one near where i work. 3 roads approach it, but 2 of them are in a straight line, so you get morons who just drive straight without slowing for it. I treat it as a T junction (I approach from the 3rd road), look both ways before joining. Cant be too careful. It doesn't help that you cant see the road to the right when approaching from the north, so you're forced to stop! Defeating the point of a roundabout. Oh and on the same road, theres those silly humps that you can straddle with your wheels, scraping your fuel tank.

It's a roundabout and normal rules apply so you give way to the right.

If matey bo***cks decides to go over the roundabout rather than round it they have committed the offence if they hit you.
