There was a case in the US. Bus Driver who complained on social media of a woman on his bus coughing away like mad. Sadly he passed away. We don't know whether that woman infected him but it's clear now that people who are spreading this are not following guidance.

One caveat that needs to be stressed as Wuhan is opening up 4 out of 5 people who are tested positive are asymptomatic. There is a big problem those who are not showing any symptoms could inadvertantly be one of the biggest culptrits in spreading the virus.
