New Flange Plunger Out Of Shape - Toilet Waste Pipe Partially Blocked

Hello guys the house im private renting in has toilet draining problems, it has been fine for over a year so far. I bought a new £10 flange plunger from Amazon, its useless as its out of shape and it wont get a seal. It wont reshape even when i bathe it in warm water.

I have severe IBS and i use baby wipes all the time. The baby wipes dont seem to be the problem and the manhole in my back garden seems fine and does not flood.

Sometimes i have chronic diarrhea and sometimes i do very large poohs. Quite often it takes a few attempts to clear the poohs when flushing. Recently it has started leaving poohs at the bottom of the bowl. It does flush and drain slowly, it just struggles to remove my poohs. I get the impression the bend is partially blocked.

am i on the right path regarding this type of plunger? See pics of the manhole and rubber plunger in the warm water its like a rugby ball.

They are, very much so - you should not put them down the toilet.

You shouldn't flush baby wipes to start with.
Only use flushable wipes. Come on. You know this...
And if I'm honest you shouldn't be using them.
Get and wash yourself with soap and water like over half the planet has done for 1000s of years.
You can also start flushing at different stages and with an empty bowl flush along the way well before you have finished.
I have seen toilets with drain problems so you need to get a camera down and have a look, and If you look on YouTube there are companies that have a following with the fancy toys. You need to go watch and learn and maybe get a 6 monthly cleaning visit.
Unfortunately some drains although fine aren't great.
You can't just drop things off plus paper and expect it to go.
