Nonsense, they have legalised recreational drugs in a number of countrys where the crime rates and dealers thrive, the only people who argue for it to be legalised are the ones that are drug users, there is no benefit to the man on the street who doesn't take them.Yes, alcohol and caffeine are recreational drugs, affecting the mind and body. Also nicotine.
No, they are not much trafficked on street corners
Because they are not illegal.
