You can, import or export them in person, as long as it is for personal use. There are various ways to obtain them.

Since you mentioned 'personal use' i wondered if you, or anyone else here, considered 5g a reasonable amount? Back in t'day when i was firm and full of hair, a 'teenth would be just about right for a small session of an evening.
