Holy Smoke

Nonsense...You said this "Sales could be regulated in licenced premises". Where is the lie?
Yes, he did, then you leapt to the conclusion he was talking about a pub.
A public house is not the only premises to require a licence for the sale of regulated goods.

No but a licenced premix is a pub and John put his personal licence on. All sort of points towards selling in licenced premises as meaning pubs also.

Also I mentioned pubs that have closed down to be used. Are you suggesting a nationwide building program building new licences

You can see why it is illegal, lots of studys have established a link between violent dissorder and cannabis. It wont ever be legalised.

You will be shocked when you find out how many wives have been beaten up, how many innocent passers by, how many bar staff, by drinkers.

An alcohol licence is not a licence to sell drugs.

Highway himself has troubled the authorities on a number of occasions, through his inability to conduct himself in an adult fashion while inebriated (y)

No, you claimed Johnny D. was in favour of turning pubs into drug dens when he said nothing of the kind. That's not an opinion, it's flat out wrong.

Correct. Highwayman made that up. He wanted to construct a strawman.

WRONG
I am no thug, I have been hired by multiple outlets as hired muscle to prevent trouble. I don't like bully's and I do not like to see people being intimidated by drunks either. I cannot even count how many fights I have stopped and protected people from thugs.

An alcohol licence is not a licence to sell drugs.
An alcohol licence is to sell alcohol at the moment. If cannabis was to be legalised it could very easily be added to the alcohol licence to sell intoxicating drugs.

I too hold a personal licence John.. I also ran my own door, I saw not only drunks but a lot of drug infused customers causing more of a problem.
