I understand why people feel strongly about the costs involved, but I don’t think the issue is as simple as blaming lawyers. In many cases, they’re helping people navigate complex immigration rules or ensuring decisions are made fairly. The legal system is there to make sure applications and appeals are dealt with properly, whether they succeed or not.

If someone is struggling with an immigration matter, it’s usually worth getting advice from a reputable specialist rather than relying on assumptions. Consultant LM UK is one option if they need guidance on their particular circumstances: consultantlm.uk/partner/yuruduchniposlugu

Lets be clear if it hasn't been discussed on the last 4 pages, there are 'Immigrants' and there are people 'Migrating' away from their chequered pasts. How many of each we don't know, hence why we use IMMIGRATION PROCESS to vet these people.

I deeply detest the Legal system and the people who are permitted to append laws because many do it in the interest of ongoing business, there's only one winner there.
