Lots of stories in the press lately where immigrants have committed serious crimes and have been allowed to stay in this country under article 8 of the Human Rights Act.

Problem is, no one in government seems to care about this subject at all. The previous Labour government did nothing about it (probably because Tony's wife makes a lucrative career defending the indefensible scum allowed to remain here) Cameron promises to repeal the HR act and replace it with a social responsibility act, but no one in government has the guts to do it, simply because it would mean standing up to our European com-padres (who deport foreign criminals with seeming impunity from the European Courts)

America called the IRA to heel, provided England let all the convicted terrorists out of jail, what message did this give to the world?
9/11 was allowed to happen, and Bin Laden was the so called figurehead
This gave the western world a so called terrorist target to do as they pleased, in the name of fighting terrorism.

Just shows you how soft this once great country of ours has become.
Shame that the victims aren't offered the same in Human Rights as the scumbags that commit the crimes.

The HRA should be repealed, borders closed and scumbags shot on sight.

the point i am making is a criminal record should not be the starting point as a tv licence non payment can get you criminal record
death caused by not paying due care and attention whilst driving will not

an immigrant is any person coming here from america australia ireland and anywhere else no matter how many years ago

OK, we allow/invite/want a certain type of person/s to come to OUR country, to help stabilize our fragmented economy. We need an abundance of skilled/ semi - skilled workers to help keep our economy growing. What we do not need is the European/African scum that wants to settle in OUR country and claim even more benefits than the indigenous scum that we have now.
Close the borders, shut the Tunnel and stop the benefits of the cheats.
If the populous of the UK do not then want to go to work, stop their benefits, stop their lager drinking, fag smoking, work shy excuses now.

Do "immigrant criminals" deserve human rights? Do Turkish Lesbains deserve human rights? Do Chinese men with one leg deserve human right?

Of course they do ffs !!! They are all human and deserve a simple set of basic rights.

What's getting confused here is that the human rights act now seems to offer "the right not to be jailed", or "the right to compensation for being upset while in prison", or "the right to an Xbox whilst in police cells".



The human rights act need a huge overhaul, it should be simplified to comment only on torture, right to air, right to food, and length of incarceration. plus it should consider the rights of the one person against the many they affect, plus a new human responsibility act needs to be introduced (not my idea, but brilliant nontheless).

It needs to be abolished. Plain and simple.
The UKs system needed no intervention from meddling eurocrats.

Which has ultimately resulted in fat salaries to lawyers and barristers and other officials responsible for its implementation with tax payers left to foot the bill as usual.
Whilst at the same time has given undeserved help to criminals.
