Aliens are real?

Humans have been transmitting radio waves for long enough for them to reach a distance say a couple of hundred light years away.

Well, a 125 light years, maximum, but...

Who says they even use radio frequencies at all? They might have used them in the past, but we missed them. The universe itself, generates a lot of RF anyway, enough to swamp any transmissions - do you remember all the noisy dots on the screen, once the TV transmission ended? - RF noise from the universe.

But you never know what the future holds.
I rather think that the alleged aliens that visited us several thousand years ago, to build us some pyramids, have a good idea of our future.

I can't think why they thought we needed some pyramids. What did they think we would do with them.

You are, I suppose aware, that radio transmission only progress at the speed of light, and the very nearest star is some 7 light years away?
I am aware of both. It would be trivial for a radio telescope to pick up our TV signals from Alpha Centuri 4.25 light years away.

Weve been transmitting powerful radio signals for 70 years, within the resulting 70 light year bubble any comparable technically capable civilisation would be able to detect us without much difficulty.

The theoretical range that we'd be able to pick them up varies heavily based on frequency and other factors, but there aren't any nearby.

You also have to take into account the degregation of a radio signal being transmitted. Over vast distances the signal would become so weak that receiving it in another galaxy would be near on impossible. You can transmit and receive strong signals in our own galaxy only. The chances of any other planets outside of our solar system would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

It is estimated there are 100 to 200 billion galaxies and each galaxy contains around 100 billion stars and lots of those stars have planets around them

1 in 5 sun like stars have an earth sized planet that could be in the habitable zone.

The numbers are quite big, so I’d say it’s a fair chance there are living creatures out there.

Waw Notch, i agree with you!!

I don't doubt it. It's a possibility, yes.

Have they got the means to travel to Earth?

No. And they didn't build the Pyramids of Giza either.
