No, it just demanded discoveries, and new discoveries are being made all the time. Look back just a few decades, to how this world of ours has changed, due to new discoveries, and new inventions - or were you born yesterday?

New discoveries and revolutions in physics do happen, but you don't seem to understand what they actually are.

For UFO fans to be right we need throw away the laws covering the speed of light, gravity, inertia, conservation of momentum and probably others. All historical revolutions in physics have extended previous laws of physics and found different ways to explain the observed world.

For UFO fans to be right we aren't talking about the revolutions we've seen in the past, we are talking about physics that has no relationship with reality as we observe it.
