If I could be bothered to look yes. I'm growing bored with the anti Israel ***t and the pretence it's anything other than anti semitism. He was floored, he was tasered and incapacitated. There was no need to kick him in the head.
Tasering is non-lethal incapacitation. Kicking them in the head is violent behaviour approaching attempted murder.
Why bother with the taser if the police prefer to kick him in the head? So they can kick him in the head without fear of reprisal?
