His hands were in his pockets, and having been tasered he was unable to show his hands, according to the force.Or it could have been his hands were busy doing something else, like holding a knife, to me a good few more kicks would have been welcome![]()
Even after being Tasered, he "refused to show his hands, was violent and continued to pose a clear threat", the force said.
It's not that he refused, he was incapacitated and unable to show his hands.
So they kicked him in the head.
