Anybody seen more wildlife since the lockdown?

Last time we played golf, we watched a herd of deer run across our fairway and back into the woods. They then reappeared much further up the previous fairway and ran across that. I was left wondering why they didn't just run up the fairway and save time (joke).

A few minutes later, long after the last of that herd disappeared way up the hill, another lot darted across on exactly the same path and stuck to the same meandering route. They have their designated routes like we do I guess.

We see lots of buzzards on Cannock Chase and millions of (flightless) cyclists.

If you are seeing more deer than normal (and I see lots around here anyway), it's more likely that they've effectively been evicted from their old haunts.
As an example, that horrid new housing estate opposite Chasewater railway was part of the deers' regular range.
Obviously, it no longer is.
