Aqua panels

I recently got Aqua panels fitted in a shower, the panels are starting to bubble at the bottom, laminate separating from the back board, is this a fault with the panel or the way they have been installed?

It is vital that these panels are fully and properly sealed where they meet the shower tray. Water gets in and destroys the laminate otherwise.
Look at the join on the tray.....you must see a silicone bead.
