Hello,
I am needing to change my bathroom extractor fan and want to know whats the best one for my money. I have approx £50 to spend. The fan must be double insulated and have timer built in. No pull cord as switch outside of bathroom.

Regards

Paul

A few starter questions

What type is the old one

In line
Axial
Centrifugal??
SELV

What is the length of the duct

What is the diameter of the duct

What zone is the fan in.

PS you won't get much of a fan for £50

The old fan is a Marley DX100 T
100mm
Fitted to gable end wall so approx 300mm ducting to vent
I want a more powerful fan as I don't think this one was up to the job anyway before it gave up.

I think vent axia are good, they make fans for manrose, so I have been told, Ive got a timer silhouette in mine
