Blackcurrants

Soemthing about the Labour government has obviously made me suspicious of Statistics these days, but there was an advert on for Ribena last night, which said that 95% of British Blackcurrants end up going into Ribena.

Not Blackcurrant juice in general, but specifically Ribena.

That can't be right, can it ?? I've got loads in my garden and they're not going in.....

i suspect what you will find is selective information

as in of the british blackcurrants used for ribena 5% are substandard!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dunno, but its really bothering me. The website states quite clearly....

"Did you know 95% of all Britain's Blackcurrants make it into Ribena"

Surely that's unpossible !!
