Boiler - Filling loop

I am having the biggest trouble contacting my landlord about the heating.

I am 99% sure the issue is the boiler pressure is at 0 bars.

Now the issue is, I have no idea how to fill up the pressure. All the videos show filling loops or using two valves.

In my case it's like this, I have a hose that doesn't fit snug nor can I tighten it, can anyone advise!

I think I need some sort of adapter, but it might be easier to get a whole filling loop system?

For anyone who is in an Austrian apartment and has a Viessmann Pendola 7520581:

The way I increased the pressure was by connecting a 2.5m hose to the valve underneath the sink and then to the boiler with the red valve!

Code 452 was cleared by turning on the middle gas valve, I am all toasty and warm now!

That's not your filling loop connection point on the right hand side ,that's a PRV.
There is a small red handle in your pic ,low down on the left hand side, that's probably where you connect the hose , joining to the two red handled valves.

It still won't connect, do you know what type of adapter I need?

I have the hose but am I missing these adapters.

But it doesn't make sense to have these many valves?

You do know that the caps need to be removed from both valves before a hose can connect don't you ?
Is it the red hose pipe in your pic that you are trying to use to connect up ?

I suspect that you need to remove the cap in your first image...

Being an idiot and taking a image that I thought was the same, any advise where the hose goes? I actually got one side connected.

Where does the yellow hose go to from the boiler ,there is nothing in your pic that it can connect to.

Yes, sorry I thought it was exactly the same!

It's a long hose 2.5m long I have no idea where it could go.

You need to look around for a connection point on your cold water mains supply

It's a warning label from the curtain tried both valves water comes out of them, I will flush them so no air is in the hose and see what happens!
