Nope , I am talking about the Jean Charles de Menezes who got pinned down and shot 7 times in the head and once in the shoulder for having ''mongolian eyes'' according to the people who murdered him, a seated person cannot run from the police , in fact if anything he approached them.
This Jean Charles de Menezes was murdered the day after a failed bombing attempt and two weeks after the london bombings that he was being accused of, not during.
The fact that his visa had expired was not really relevant , was it?
