Buzzing

I am watching the World Cup on BBC and like they are blowing a horn continously.

Do you have tinnitus - I have had it since I can remember so I can live with it - thank goodness.

I found that when the horn was broadcast @ low level it was unbearable and I couldn`t hear the commentary.Now they have raised the horn level I can listen and hear the commentary too.
