Depends on how much work he/she does for the NHS determines whether they can work as a self employed or salaried, no harm in a staff person working privately aswell as long as it doesn't interfere with the main job.

thats the only way to make money, and thats get someone else to do it. theres nowt wrong with it appart from corners being cut and any tom dick or harry gets taken on. youve not got a clue whoes in your house never mind if there qualified.
