Hello young man, just a quick question you seem to know quite abit about eletrics etc.. so i was just wondering how come your not in the trade or wanting/trying/ going to. Instead of working in a shop ?

My grandad's got a few davy lamps. some nice polished brass ones. he never ever worked down a pit! He was in the fire service most of his life, gets a fire service pension.

I'm pursueing this career route for now - retail management, see if i get far. If not, in 10 years or whenever i get bored of it, i'll see if i can get into a trade. I'm sure there will be people along soon to try to persuade me to go into sparking.
