Camera that caught Hancock was hidden in a smoke detector

Its not about having something to hide
Trés lol.

Have you seen what (tax payer funded) office space money was being used for? I'm more inclined to think that unless a public servant in his position, is not working hard doing the things he's being generously paid to do, then he deserves the ignominy brought upon him. It's not like it was his private bedroom.

I reckon it was a set up by the govt.

Why was this exposed by The Sun?

It's a Murdoch paper.

Rupert Murdoch has a cosy relationship with the Tory party.

Anybody that wanted to get at Hancock or the Govt would not go to a pro Tory paper to sell them.

Why would Johnson want to get rid of Hancock.....easy, they can use him later on to pile all Covid failings onto and clear the slate.....it's an often used Tory tactic.

"CCTV at Matt Hancock's office 'was no secret': Disgraced former Health Secretary 'must be the stupidest man on Earth' if he knew about the camera and still canoodled with his lover in full view, MP says"

Plenty more candidates for that title can be found in westminster!

Get your stories straight numpty.

My word. May made Hancock Health Sec. Boris in his first cabinet let Hancock remain in the role - which by all accounts even then he as lucky to remain.

Now Boris is claiming he had a hand in Hancock resignation - the man has no backbone or relationship with the truth.

The started the investigation into the leak far quicker than into the death of over 150 thousand people.

Tories don't care about the lives of theis supporters - I wonder when their supporters will realise this.

It must be hard to be a Tory politician, you can't trust your fellow tories not to do the dirty when they feel like they have lost out.
When you have a political philosophy based on self interest and no moral boundaries, it is not surprising you have all these leaks to the media.

Live by the sword and die by the sword...

Hopefully the latter!

Why do you think he is so popular?

Those are character aspects and values which huge numbers of people believe are worthy, and to be admired, and should be lived by in all their personal and business interactions with others.

We see many such people here.

Time will tell.
This clown got a standing ovation by Parliament

These days he is a political pariah, even his New Labour associates see him as a liability.
When the dust settles, people will see more clearly and only then will they know whether voting for Boris was the right thing to do.
