to do so would be a selfish and cruel
I agree with that whether you have parents, children or loved ones to leave behind but I would imagine that you would have to be in a certain state of mind to do it in the first place. Maybe if you were suffering in great pain or with a terminal illness? I just consider myself fortunate to have never been in that position. So far!

One also needs to consider the method used as well

Some bloke around here years ago stepped in front of the fast train at the local station

I wonder what it is that makes men so much more 'delicate' than women? I mean, 3/4 of suicides in the UK are male. Hmmmm..

I recall years ago seeing an interview on the telly from an X Kamacazi pilot

He got shot down and rescued by the Americans

I’ll take your silence on this as a 'no' then shall I?
Use your brain.

So, why do men top themselves so much more than women. And more than their fair share of domestic violence? Can't be hormones, as according to you, men don't have any. So what is it that makes men so weak that they do these things far more than women?

So, would you say women shouldn’t be treated differently from men because you feel they are no more delicate and vulnerable than men?
Please see my post above about men being more often to commit domestic violence and top themselves. Going by the sheer numbers of these things being done by men, perhaps its the men who should be treated differently, as if they're more delicate than women? Only going by your reasoning here...

So, again, just to be clear, in your opinion, women should not be treated differently than men?

So lets be clear, is it all down to hormones that women lash out or top themselves or not? You seem to think that may have been Flacks problem after all.

It has been proven that hormonal problems have been responsible for some violent or suicidal actions by women. I’m not saying either way what Flacks reasons were for attacking others and committing suicide were - I wasn’t there and I don’t know her personally. Perhaps you were? I didn’t say I thought that was the reason - I was offering up one possible reason why she could have done what she did which you have quite clearly dismissed.

I am more clued up than you will ever be in the matters of women and hormones.
Again, can you tell me what qualifies you to make that statement? Perhaps you are a doctor or have had specialist medical training in that field? Do tell, otherwise it’s just a pathetic statement trying to infer some kind of high knowledge by you on the subject. Are you a woman by any chance?

That's because men have to work hard in life most women have it easy just become a mum and go for coffees etc..

Do what? Because women are mums it makes men beat them up more often? FFS.

You tell people that you weren't there and yet still come up with reasons out of thin air as to why she did what she did. It's very odd. As too is Vinity's post about this women are weaker stuff.

I am inclined to think that she was plain old nuts. She checked her boyfriends phone before smashing a lamp over his head while he was asleep because after reading the texts, she thought he was having an affair. This is a crazy person who have trust issues. Been with someone like that myself, thanks.

No, I don't think it's hormones, I don't think she should've be treated differently just for the simple fact that she was a woman, that women are somehow weaker and more prone to their hormone driven behaviours and it's patronising for men to think this. Domestic violence is ****** and regardless of the gender, offenders should be treated the same. IF, and that's a big IF, there was a medical reason why someone went nuts on a one-off then that would come out in court and perhaps the sentencing would reflect that. However, this wasn't the first time she did it, so no, I certainly don't think it's down to hormones.

By jove, he's used his brain!! (and I would've thought it was obvious all along).
