Hi I would like to run an outdoor black UV resistant Cat 6 cable up the window frame and mount a Ubiquiti U6-LR WiFi access point onto the internal wall

I was thinking to somehow drill sideways but I can see that isn't a good idea

I found some info about window reveals and it suggests to me I could drill through the frame in that area maybe?

I was also looking at some black mini trunking such as the D-Line 16mm x 8mm to conceal it or something similar?

I don't like the idea of drilling frame.
Id rather dig out around side or at the top and push cable through hole
If you buy a plug fitter you just need a small hole for cable.
You can still use trunking up to frame

Ok thanks for that, I am wondering the same about the top. It looks like lots of tiles packed together, my concern is what is above inside as it could be a supporting wall with an RSJ. How would you best dig out around the side? And what is a plug fitter? If you mean something like a bell mouth where is covers the outside of the hole then yes I already have some

Plug fitter is a rj45 connector. You can buy a kit cheap. I assume that's what you will need for camera or access point.
Will be power over ethernet?

5mm masonry drill.
Come at it either side.
Old screwdriver poke about a bit.
Not difficult to punch through edge if frame
