Looks like integrated units to me where you can't change the lamp. Whole new unit required. Probably can't get matching one now so perhaps change them all. If so get ones with replaceable GU10 lamps this time.

Thank you, we moved in a week ago and wanted to change out the lights as they are blinding but if they all need to be replaced then it will have to wait annoyingly. I definitely want GU10 next time anyway so I will make sure to get something actually useful when I do!
