Clogged toilet, please help!!

I am at my boyfriends house and I used the restroom about 3-4 hours ago. I wasn't aware I wasn't supposed to put toilet paper down the toilet here, I had also done a #2.. I've tried plunging repeaditly, filled it with water, and even put draino in there which is now just sitting in the toilet bowl. I don't know what to do and need help and advice on next steps. (I realize now draino was not a good idea at all after researching it)
