I was about to say that...Ferroli?
So it seems that the OP has had an appliance made by a sh*t manufacturer and designed to be fitted in an LAV/RPH, fitted in a permanent dwelling. What could possibly go wrong!?
OP....you should have bought an Intergas! Or a Rinnai, that would also have done.
