I have a cooker with a male thread on the back. I need to convert this to a female thread to except the cooker hose. Is the best way of doing this to use a female to female elbow (malable iron). Or do they sell purpose made adaptors for this. Thanks

wouldn't it need to be a elbow so the hose wil screw in and hang down so it wil push back to the wall better?

its not a nob on a flex. Its a dual fuel electric oven and gas hob it tells you in the instructions to do it with a flex and cooker chain etc.

Ah yes that it may, but do YOU know what checks prior and after you need to do, in accordaance with the Gas Regs?
