If anyone here with knowledge of Wikipedia knows how to edit pages there, I suggest someone checks out the page for "CORGI" as I'm sure it needs editing slightly (harking back to the legal/illegal debates).

Wikipedia said:
The Council of Registered Gas Installers, or CORGI, is a British national watchdog and leading authority on gas safety and certified registration schemes for gas installers. CORGI registration is now a legal requirement for anybody who is required to work on gas fittings or appliances.
This is clearly wrong. Corgi is not the national watchdog (that's the HSE) and many would dispute that it is the leading authority. Nor is Corgi registration obligatory in all cases (only those self-employed, or employers of gas operatives).

Edit - well, what do you know, I've edited a Wikipedia entry! New version here

Nice one Chris. I think Scatman thought I was trying to resurrect an old and tired argument when all I wanted was to get it put right - it was also badly written.

Now it's not, hats off to you.

I have edited it again to improve the previous edit!

Because it can be so easily edited it makes it less reliable!

You could put more links in to related organisations though, internet's free you know. Don't have to skimp on words... ;)
