Been pulled over tonight by the police just out side my house in my car that i swapped my insurance over at 3.00pm. it is now 700pm.

They say say i'm not insured, i know i am

why have they not took my car ? i said, you will not touch my car or you will pay my bill for the pickup.

the car is still where it should be

because they dont need to take your car. a summons to court will do just fine

It takes a day or two for the police database to be updated, same thing happened to me, if you were insured, forget it.

You should get a '7 day wonder' a failure to produce docs at time but you can present proof at a police station within 7 days
