Probably a car salesman ( young'ish, short hair, clean hand - relatively expensive car - apparently untaxed - trade plates on the dash top perhaps ?).
Yep, thought it was a mate, proceeded to initiate the hi-five - oops ! The cyclist's wobble was minor enough to imagine it was caused by peering back over his shoulder - not used to that these days.
