The wife's just bought 2 ovens, each of which requires a 20 amp supply. A ten meter length of cable is required to reach from the consumer unit to the kitchen / ovens.

Is a single 6mm cable adequate and if so what size of MCB & cooker isolators should I use or do I need to use 10mm cable??

Any advise greatly received

Thanks in advance

Why not run a 2.5mm² or 4.0mm² (depending on installation methods) from the CU for each oven?

Then you could use a 20A mcb, and a 20A DP switch for each oven.
