That would be fish. Right from the outset I tried anchovies but they were too salty and not quite right anyway. :? :? :?

The whole idea is to create a yoghurt flavour that's tasty in its own right but prompts some people to say "that reminds me of something". :wink: :wink:

OK why don't you try something else fishy and less salty; a different amine. Tuna juice? An obscure fish sauce from a specialist chinese supermarket?

Yes you are right, horseradish does go with fish.
